All four early childhood sites of CACC are accredited by the Maryland State Department of Education's (MSDE) Early Learning Division and licensed by MSDE's Office of Child Care. Licensing is mandated by law, however our accreditation is voluntary and means that CACC has met 9 critical elements of high quality early childhood programs:
